श्रीमति रुक्मावती जी एक साधारण परिवार की असाधारण महिला थीं। उन्होंने अपने जीवन में शिक्षा के महत्व को गहराई से समझा और हमेशा लड़कियों की शिक्षा के लिए आवाज उठाई।
उनका मानना था कि जब एक लड़की पढ़ती है, तो पूरा परिवार शिक्षित होता है। उनकी इसी सोच को आगे बढ़ाते हुए यह फाउंडेशन उनके नाम पर स्थापित किया गया है।
